When making a booking on Gregor.love you agree to the Terms and Conditions stated below. Please read them carefully.

BOOKING

You shall pay a deposit of 20% of the full value of the selected experience retreat program which is non-refundable. The deposit payment is to be made via bank transfer or paypal.

PAYMENT

The full payment amount is due on your arrival day in cash.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your trip, GreGor does not offer refunds for any reason. Your deposit payment may be used as credit for another retreat to be taken within 6 months of your original retreat date. GreGor will gladly transfer your credit to another guest. Once the experience has begun, no refund or part refund or unused portion of the experience will be repaid in the event of cancellation by you and no credit for future experience will be given.

HEALTH

It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to confirm that you are in good health to practice any physical activities included in your program. It is your responsibility to check with your doctor that you are fit to travel and capable of performing the activities GreGor offers.  GreGor is not responsible for any illness, injuries or psychological conditions that you may have nor for any possible risks, illness, injuries or psychological conditions that you may develop during the experience. You agree to be fully and financially responsible for your own physical condition and well-being during the experience and will follow the safety precautions and instructions prescribed by GreGor. You take ultimate responsibility for your choices and realize that GreGor is not a licensed medical provider.

SAFETY

You are responsible for your equipment and all personal property during the experience and GreGor is not responsible in any way for such property whether it is lost, stolen or damaged. GreGor is not liable for loss of, or damage to, your personal property. Throughout the experience, you are responsible for your own safety.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to have travel insurance that covers any activity proposed in the experience program that you book as well as potential losses, cancellations, illness or damage and risks

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information you share with GreGor will be kept in the strictest confidence and not passed on to any third parties. GreGor does not share register, record or share any personal or banking data. Please read full privacy and cookies policy here : Cookies and Privacy

OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

GreGor accepts responsibility for ensuring that the experiences are supplied as described and that the services provided are to a reasonable standard. GreGor does not accept any liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by war, the threat of war, terrorist actions or threats, closure of airports, civil strife, industrial action, natural disaster, technical problems to transport, staff cancellations, unforeseen changes in your personal circumstances or other events beyond GreGor’s control.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that you have voluntarily enrolled to participate in experiences offered by GreGors. You agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risks. On behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, successors, administrators and any other person who may have an interest at common law or by operation of statute, you hereby waive any and all claims you or such parties may have now or in the future. You release from liability GreGor and any employees, guides, agents or representatives for any personal injury, death, property damage or loss of any nature suffered by you as a result of participation in any activity during the experience. You release GreGor from liability for any cause whatsoever including those arising out of, or in any way connected to or occasioned by the negligence of GreGor and any employees, guides, agents or representatives.

EXPRESS ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You are aware that there are significant risks involved in physical training, including but not limited to, the physical training inherent to all sports and exercise activities, and that your participation in any such physical training program carries with it the potential for death, injury, and/or property damage. You willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that you are exposing yourself to and accept full responsibility for any injury or death that may result from participating in this experience. You realize that liability may arise from negligence or carelessness by the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained or controlled by them or because of their possible liability without fault. You acknowledge that you have no physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses that will endanger you or others.

You acknowledge that you are willingly participating in these activities and that you have assumed all risks as described above. You hereby release GreGor and any employees, guides, agents or representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with your participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties. This agreement shall be binding upon you, your successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, you agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect.

You accept financial responsibility for any injury that you may cause either to yourself or to any other participant due to your negligence. Should the above mentioned parties, or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, you agree to reimburse them for such fees and costs. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreGor and any employees, guides, agents or representatives from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from your negligent or intentional act or omission while participating in activities offered. This includes but is not limited to beaches, parks, recreational areas, and/or any area selected for training.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND ALLERGIES NOTIFICATION, ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

All food served at experiences offered by GreGor retreats is vegan. However, an environment free of all allergens, CANNOT be guaranteed. Therefore, the released parties cannot guarantee that any particular food product is free of all traces of any particular allergen, that consumption of a food product will not result in some form of allergic reaction, or that the participant will not come into contact with any allergens while in attendance. You acknowledge and agree that you are aware of such risks and that participation in the experience will expose you to food, activities and persons that may result in exposure to allergens and injury and, in that regard and assuming such risks, you hereby fully release and discharge GreGor from any and all liability and/or responsibility to met, the undersigned, or any third party for death and/or injuries, and/or any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or any damages that arise out of or relate to my participation in experiences offered by GreGor and/or exposure to food allergens.

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

You agree that you, your assigners, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make a claim against, sue or attach the property of GreGor and any employees, guides, agents or representatives or any of their affiliated organizations for injury or damage resulting from acts, howsoever caused, by any employee, agent, or representative, or any of their affiliated organizations, as a result of your participation in experiences offered by GreGor. You hereby release GreGor, and any of their agents or affiliated organizations from all actions, claims or demands that you, your assigners, heirs, distributees, guardians, and legal representatives now have or may hereafter have for injury, damage, or death resulting from your participation in experiences offered by GreGor.

By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions outlined here you hereby release and discharge your rights and claims for damages or liabilities that may occur as a result of participation is experience offered by GreGor.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
